About Us
The Fair is organised by a voluntary committee who are passionate about running a unique and enjoyable event for all, whilst raising much needed funds for local charities close to their hearts.
The Fair began as the popular Watlington Hospital Christmas Fair, which has attracted hundreds of people from all over Oxfordshire, Berkshire and Buckinghamshire for over 20 years. In 2024 the name of the fair was changed, and we widened our charitable giving to include more local charities.

The South Oxfordshire Christmas Fair are delighted to have the support of Hamptons as a valued sponsor for the event in 2025. Their support will contribute to the running costs of the Fair and enable greater support to the Fair’s chosen charities. All profits from the event are shared equally between the charities of the year.
Friends of the Fair 2026
We have an invaluable team of supporters and helpers involved in promoting the Fair, baking cakes, selling raffle tickets and welcoming visitors. Without these people the Fair would not run.
