We are in the process of finalising stall details with successful businesses and regretfully declining businesses that we simply can’t fit in. Thank you for your overwhelming interest and we endeavour to accommodate as many stalls as possible. We have to make hard decisions to select stalls in all product categories, not duplicate what is on offer to our shoppers and present our loyal shoppers with new discoveries and firm favourites.
If you have approached us and sadly been unsuccessful in your application this time, please be assured that we will be in touch if a cancellation occurs and will keep you on file for future fairs

Some background information
Our Committee has run a Christmas Fair for over 20 years. We are very well-established and have become a fixture in people’s diaries. We are in a good catchment area, attracting shoppers from Oxfordshire, Berkshire and Hampshire. Our venue is The Oxfordshire Golf Hotel and Spa, situated just off the M40 with great parking and lots of space. We select approximately 50 stalls ensuring we have a great selection of gifts with no duplicates. Each year we try to change our stall offering by about 50% to rest some popular stalls and ensure we always have something new for our loyal shoppers. We mail (postal) our shoppers, from our mailing list of previous attendees, plus an email campaign to a growing list of supporters, plus local media etc. ensuring that the fair is attended by over 500 people. We aim to be the friendliest fair on the circuit and are dedicated to enjoying planning our annual fair and for making it fun for everyone – despite the early starts!!!! As a one day fair, we try to maximise sales and have very few quiet moments – and you get to go home to sleep in your own bed. Lunch is provided for all stallholders plus lots of coffee / tea supplies to keep us all going.
In 2024 The Christmas Fair changed:
A new name South Oxfordshire Christmas Fair (formerly known as Watlington Hospital Christmas Fair)
We now support a wider range of Deserving South Oxfordshire based charities. In 2024 we supported Watlington and District Hospital Charitable Trust and Sobell House Hospice
New charities are chosen each year by the organizing committee to support other South Oxfordshire based charities in response to the huge need to support smaller charities with significant funds raised at the fair
Extended shopping hours from 9:30am-4pm
